Warden Patrolled Ticketing

Legality

The law requires that large, clear warning signs are placed throughout the parking area, informing motorists of the parking restrictions in place so that they are easily visible from wherever a car may be issued with a Parking Charge Notice, should they park in breach of the parking restrictions, they will be entering into a contract agreeing that we can issue a Parking charge Notice to their vehicle in accordance with the warning signs.

By parking, the driver automatically enters into a contract with us to enforce the restrictions and charges on the warning signs.

WARNING:

The DVLA has recently brought in stronger regulation of how and to whom they will disclose the details of the registered keeper of a vehicle committing a parking offence. It is now required that any person or organisation that wishes to access this information must be Approved Operators of the British Parking Association (click here for details).

We at Parking Control Services are Approved Operators (click here for our certificate) it is worth noting that not all enforcement companies have achieved this status and therefore cannot enforce any tickets they issue, put simply the tickets they issue aren’t worth the paper they are written on.
