Warden Patrolled Ticketing
Questions & Answers
What does the service cost us?
We charge a nominal £95.00 + Vat per annum, this provides you with the supply and installation of the Warning Signs, random mobile uniformed patrols in modern sign written vans and a legal indemnity against any claims that may arise from offenders.
Why do you charge a fee and some other Companies don’t?
As the costs of issuing Parking Charge Notices are the same as those involved with our FREE Wheel Clamping service (click here for details) but the income from a Parking Charge Notice is £75.00 considerably less the a wheel clamp release fee, all reliable parking enforcement companies need to charge to cover their operating costs and to ensure they can offer a reliable long term service. Companies that do offer a free ticketing service you will find their patrols will be ruthless in issuing PCN’s as this is their only form of income and one day you will see them and the next day when they have a busier site, you won’t, therefore leaving you to find another company again.
Will you offer a call out service only and no random patrols?
Yes we can but we will make an annual service fee charge of £1000.00 + Vat.
Can we restrict the hours and days of enforcement?
Yes you can but we will make an annual service fee charge of £500.00 + Vat.
What happens if the signs get vandalised or stolen?
We will replace them free of charge on one occasion after this we will make a charge of £75.00 + Vat per visit needed to replace them.
We already have no parking and clamping signs but it has not stopped illegal parking?
As our signs clearly show our Company name "Parking Control Services", along with PCN charges, Control Room phone number and clearly belong to a parking enforcement company, due to the design and wording. Motorists take more notice of our signs and obey the restrictions, should they not our enforcement takes care of the small number of motorists who ignore the signs.
What happens if you damage a vehicle on my property?
We carry full Combined Liability Insurance (see our certificate), which covers us, to work on your property and we shall indemnify you against any claims that could arise.
We had a clamping company before but they never patrolled our site, are you different?
We, as a professional approved parking enforcement company, monitor and patrol all our sites regularly as this is our main source of income; also see what our existing clients say from our references.
What happens if vehicles don’t pay the PCN.
The details of the registered keeper will be requested from the DVLA and passed over to our retained Collections Company who will pursue collection; in addition to this should the offending vehicle be seen on site again it will be removed and impounded as PCN’s our outstanding against the vehicle
Do I need a minimum amount of land / car park spaces?
No, as long as one vehicle can park, that's enough and there is no maximum.
